I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

April Showers.

My Inspiration for this Tablescape was my love for Spring and April Showers.

My yellow Tablecloth is from Bed Bath and Beyond with a 20%
off. The green placemats are from Ross. My colorful bird napkin
ring are from Pier One for 79 cent each. This was a close out on
them Great for me.
You all Remember my Theodore Haiviland China. The pattern is called
Miami and are from France. I have a place setting for eight. I need to take
a photo of the hold set some time. We are having friends over for dinner
this coming weekend !
This is my Coffee cup and saucer for Demi-Tasse, for after dinner
and my dessert plate.
My centerpiece was yellow Roses from Randalls, and the ferns are
from my Garden. Lets have a glass of wine before dinner.
Its almost time for dinner hoping my guest like Steak.

My dinner ~~ First a spring mix salad with cherry tomatoes,
Ribeye Steaks and Baked potatoes with all the Yummy on it.
For dessert Peach pie with Vanilla ice cream so good.~

I hope you all come Back!!
Please take a moment to comment.
Thank you so much!

Just 79 cents for the napkin rings?!??!! That's a great deal!!! I haven't been in Pier 1 lately (trying not to spend money), so I had not seen the reduction in price on those. How cute! The colors work really nicely with your dishes.

Your menu sounds SO good! I'm sitting here thinking about what to prepare for dinner tonight, and everything on your menu sounds perfect!!!!!! I am DEFINITELY going to get down there and rustle up a little peach pie for dessert!

Have a great weekend, Diane!

The napkin rings are really the eye candies. Cute and the price is right.

Love the flowers too.

Hope you had a great day.

I almost could not look at the rest of the table, because I could not take my eyes off of those adorable napkin rings - wow! However, I did steal a peek at the table setting and your china and silver are beautiful. The table does look like spring!
