I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

2013 Easter Tablescape.

My Inspiration for this Tablescape was my love of the
color of purple from lest year as you must all remember.
I did add my Purple glass Easter Egg
on the left can you see it ?
Do you remember my Bunny ?
He will be holding ice water this time.

The parfait glasses will be filled with pink,
yellow and
grape Jell-O and topped
with cool whip for dessert.
I did use four layers of China
for my place setting.

I found these sweet placemats and napkins
at Burlington

Coat Factory one year ago.

I love the dark purple color for Easter.
Let's have a glass of wine.
As you can see my Vintage light
purple tablecloth
was first and my Crocheted one on top for some
Textured.

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter
with your family and friends.
I hope you all come Back!!!
Please take a moment to comment !
Thank you so much for stopping by !
I am linking up with these blogs for there linky
parties on my Side Bar's.

Love the deep rich purple, Diane. And your centerpiece, glad Mr. Bunny is still on there, too, holding ice water. Happy Easter to you and your family. xo

Gorgeous table, Diane...love the deep amethyst. You have a nice collection of bunnies going there! I am going to try dying eggs with silk ties this year. I need a couple more ties before I get started...
Have a great weekend.

The dark purple is so rich and lovely! I really like your dinner plates with the lilacs and yellow roses and the pretty glass plates too. I like using etched glass plates for salads and fruit. Your table is really beautiful with the eggs and bunnies. Crocheted tablecloths add a nice vintage touch. I love using them, especially when they are special ones made by my Aunt Phiny.I hope you have a wonderful Easter! Linda

I love the richness of the purple on your table, but what I really like are the glasses filled with grass. That might make them a little hard to drink out of, but they look great and convey a sense of fun.

I actually thought about you today. I was in Home Goods and they had the most beautiful lavender and purple dishes. I have no place to store extra dishes and purple doesn't fit my decor, but I thought of all the great tablescapers in blogland who would use those dishes perfectly.
