I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

Birthday Party

This Sunday is my sons Birthday. He loves Japanese food so we  are doing
takeout from a restaurant for some of the food he likes. But my redfish
is going to be broil with teriyaki marinade sauce so yummy with fried rice with shrimp.

I purchased the sushi plates from Ross some time ago. Love the writing on each plate!
This one has Happiness the other one has Tranquitity. The places will be holding shrimp
rolls and sweet and sour ribs ! so yummy.

The centerpiece was put together with dogwood and grape vines ! The candle holders
are from Hobby Lobby so time ago, lets have a glass of wine before dinner. I hope you are
having a good time at the party for my son. The soup bowls also from Ross will be holding
sweet and sour soup from the restaurant.

I did add grape vines to  the napkins!

I hope you all come back!
Please take a moment to comment!
Thank so much!
I am linking up with these blogs for there linky party.

Happy birthday to your son...I am sure he enjoyed that menu. Can you believe I have only had Japanese food once, many years ago...Chinese tons of times.
I like all the square dishes and those kitty salt/pepper shakers are adorable.
