I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

~~Happy New Year 2012~~

Wishing you all good health and much Happiness
In the 2012 New Year.!!!
I started with a black Tablecloth, and silver chargers for
this Tablescape for the new year.

Time to chill down the Pink Champagne.

For my centerpiece. I use my white Vintage Chandelier,
with Pink Roses.
My napkins are black and white, with silver rings to go with my
silver Flatware and silver Chargers.

Time to light the Candles.

The stemware is from the 1940th. From France ~ This was my
Mother-in-laws..
Time is just flying by..

Tic Toc~~Tic Toc !!

I  prepared a lovely dinner for my family tonight. First we are having
Shrimp cocktail, then Stuffed Crabs and broil stuffed Lobster with baked potatoes
and lots of topping ! for dessert Chocolate cream pie.
I hope you all come Back !!
Please take a moment to comment. Thank you so much!
I am linking up with these Blogs for there linky parties.
A Happy New Year to you All !!!

Hi Diane....thank you for your visit and comment on my art blog. I have been a follower of your gorgeous blog for awhile. I post from my other blog with personal things such as home & garden related as well as various craft projects...I hope you will stop to visit there.
http://atastefultouch.blogspot.com I absolutely love your most recent table setting...everything looks fabulous. So excellent. I loved seeing your tree decorations in your previous post as I have a number of like tree ornaments that were created by a family member in the 1950's. At that time, they were the first I had ever seen like that but over the years they have popped up in a few places. I still love the uniqueness and beauty of these ornaments as well as the time spent to create them. If you are not a follower on my "A Tasteful Touch" blog, I hope you will be. I am also on Pinterest. Nice talking to you, Diane.

What a perfectly striking New Year's tablescape! Black and white, with tiny touches of pink and silver, make this an elagnant table for your family and friends to sit and dine while remembering all the past twelve months and the many blessing, and perhaps a few sad happenings, of the year. Anyone who would be included at this gorgeous table will surely have a great time!
You really know how to take the ordinary and make it all "eye-popping" fabulous!
Thanks for sharing with us and a Happy 2012 to you and yours...
