I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

Black And White Tablescape.

My inspiration for this Tablescape~~ was my new Black & White
salt and pepper set that I purchased from Ross for $2.49.
I have six layers of dinnerware this time.
Maybe I went overboard this time. What do you think?
The ceterpiece is a combination
of white Roses with white Mums,
and white Hydrangeas.
 .
I purchased my napkins at Stein Mart two days ago~~.
The colors go good with the dishes and placemats.
This is looking down at the place setting.
I did use my white flower plate! You all know me by now!
I purchased the black and white salad plates from Pier 1 Imports.
The little brown bowl will hold Soy Sauce.
Look to the right.
Lets light the candles and have a glass of wine.
I know you need to know whats for dinner!
Well this was easy! Take out from my favorate Japanese Restaurant.
# 1 ~ Hot & Sour soup.
# 2 Fried spring rolls.
# 3 Mango Chicken in garlic sauce.
# 4 Dessert Lemon Ice.
I hope you all come back!
Please take a moment to comment. Thank you so much!
I am linking up with these Bolgs for there linky parties.

Black and white is so classic and versatile. If I had that many beautiful dishes in B&W, I'd do six layers too! I like the Asian feel you've created by using those woven placemats. Perfect for the food you ordered in!

Diane, what a fun tablescape! I particularly love those pretty napkins! Just a great look.

In addition to admiring your handiwork, I want to thank you for your sweet words of condolence on my blog. I appreciate them more than you know. It's been a rough go this summer, but hopefully, things will begin to settle down soon. I'm trying to blog a little because I miss all of you so much, and I didn't want one more day to pass without thanking you for your kindness.

Hope all is well in your world!

Sending warm hugs your way...

Thank you for stopping by 'my place'. :) Believe it or not the girly LOVES cowboy boots and has two pair, unfortunately, with the problems with her foot, they hurt her to wear them and that is one of the reasons she wanted her surgery...so she can wear her 'clicky boots' again! ;)

Have a great weekend!

Great table. Isn't it neat how one little purchase, like your salt and pepper shakers, can spur on such an imaginative table. I saw those plates at Pier One. They've got great texture.

Great to have you be a part of Seasonal Sundays.
