I love designing tablescapes. I started back in September 2010 and I now design tablescapes to share on my blog as well as on "Between Naps on the Porch" for Tablescape Thursdays.

My passion for designing tablescapes has sent me out on a search to buy more dishes that I can share every week.

I also enjoy making my own napkins to go with my different dishes and I love to mix and match some of my beautiful dishes.

Sunflowers go With Summer~~

My inspiration for this Tablescape was the Sunflowers in my garden~~
I did use my yellow ruffled round placemats for my black plates!!
I did mix my yellow salad plates from Pier One.~~
Hi ladies how about my little friend in my Flowers !!!
I just had to put him in for Fun..
Now you all know that if I can use my white
flower plates I will !!!
I had this great idea to add color to my plates !! SO
I made my napkins this time with lots of color.
Lets have a lovely glass of Wine !! Oh we are having Chinese food ~~
I hope you like Egg drop soup, with pineapple chicken ~~
I hope you all are having fun at my dinner party.
My next Tablecape will be on my Patio ~~ Ladies.
I hope you all come Back!! Please take a moment to comment.
Thank you so Much!! I am linking up with these Blogs

Love these colors Diane! I just picked up black/white melamine plates for outdoor dining. I think yellow is a great way to make it pop! Your sunflowers are great! I'm glad that big black bug isn't real!

Sunflowers are one of my faves and your centerpiece is lovely! The colour combo of yellow, black and white is very striking and I'm impressed you made those fab napkins which tie all the colours together. I can see why you like to use those white flower plates whenever you can! The ruffled placemats are the perfect backdrop.

Nice to meet you ! I'm so happy I stopped in. What a great table. Very nicely put together. The sunflowers are so pretty. The lacy-ness of the placemats with the dark plate really echoes back the flower ! I love how you put this together! Jules

Love your table of black and yellow. At first I was thinking your "friend" was a bee -- but on closer inspection....I think he's a fly! What a critter!
